Mandy and I bought our first home together in 2008. We started our family and built careers in the house in question. So, when it came time to make a decision, we took the decision to heart. In the end, we decided that to jump fully into the next chapter of our lives, and to maximize our return, we would sell. So the question then became, what is the best way to sell a house in today’s market?
